Belly Fat Blast: Can you really get a flat belly fast? Is there a diet that really can target fat? What about those ab exercise gadgets you see on TV? Learn how to separate fitness fact from magazine diet and exercise myths, and how to combine sound nutrition and exercise principles to meet your flat belly goals. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat or a towel to the class which is suitable for adults of all fitness levels.

Belly Fat Blast II: Practice exercises from Belly Fat Blast I and learn new variations to keep your workouts fresh. Learn how to incorporate high-intensity interval training into your fitness plan. Get updates on the latest diet and fitness science, including anti-aging strategies. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat or towel and a resistance band if you have one. Optional material fee for a resistance band $8.25 payable to the instructor. Prerequisite: completion of Belly Fat Blast I or permission from the instructor.

New in 2011!
 
Andrea teaches "Belly Fat Blast" at the Marlboro Adult Education Program, Mondays and Wednesdays, starting March 7 & 9 and running 8 weeks until May 2 and 4, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM in the Marlboro, NY Intermediate School Cafeteria. This will be a "kindler, gentler" boot camp experience for folks who want to jump-start their fitness journeys. We will work out together, doing aerobic exercise (walk, jog, run) and strength training using bands and body-weight exercises. We will leave time for questions and discussion on a variety of fitness and health topics.
